Getting Started with Enterprise Integrations

About

Brazen Connect has the ability to automatically share data with certain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Exactly what data can be shared depends on which systems you use.

Setup is easy:

  1. Contact your account manager for access to enterprise integrations
  2. Enter your API credentials for the system you want to connect with Brazen
  3. Select which Brazen features to integrate with

Configuring

In Brazen Control Center, navigate to your Account and select Integrations from the Settings menu. Click the New button under Enterprise Applications, select your vendor, and complete all required fields.

Option 1

Once you click Save, we'll ask your system to verify the credentials you've provided. If everything checks out, you're ready to pick which Brazen Connect features to integrate with. For example: with SmashFly credentials entered, you can set SmashFly as the place Brazen will push new contact info to.

Option 1

As soon as you've selected the application for an integration feature, it's live and you're done! To disable an integration, simply select None or delete your configuration.

Note: Once your API secret key is validated, you will not be able to see it in Control Center again. You can edit your configuration without re-entering your key; however, if you do re-enter it, we will re-validate it.
