Plugin Security Information

The Brazen plugin exists in an iframe loaded by a Brazen-hosted Javascript file. Adding the HTML tag for this script file to your site is all you’ll need to do for installation. All other files are downloaded inside of the iframe and do not interact with your page. All traffic in our plugin runs over HTTPS.

Security and Privacy Controls for the Plugin:

• Encryption Transit: TLS 1.2+
• Encryption Rest: AES 256
• Data Processed: Dialogflow, part of the Google Cloud, and ConvertAPI are sub-processors for this feature
• Data Stored: Data is stored in Brazen’s AWS instance, and the Google Cloud
• Data Collected: User's name, email address, resume (optional field) and phone number (optional field).
